Booking, payment, cancellation and travel service conditions for arrangements made with Golden Star Travel & Events in Jordan.

These Terms & Conditions apply to travel services arranged by Golden Star Travel & Events. By confirming a booking or making payment, the client accepts the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and service conditions stated here and in the confirmed quotation.

1. Booking Confirmation

All services are subject to availability until confirmed in writing. A booking is considered confirmed only after Golden Star Travel & Events issues written confirmation and any required payment has been received.

2. Prices and Inclusions

Prices are based on the services, dates, number of travelers, and inclusions stated in the quotation. Changes in traveler numbers, travel dates, supplier rates, taxes, entrance fees, fuel costs, exchange rates, or other mandatory charges may require a revised quotation.

3. Payment Methods

Customers may pay using supported bank cards or a secure payment link provided by Golden Star Travel & Events. Any payment or transaction charges imposed by a bank, card issuer, or payment processor may be payable by the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

For cancellations received at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the standard refundable amount is 50% of the amount paid, subject to any non-refundable supplier charges or services already committed on the client’s behalf.

Cancellation conditions may differ where hotels, airlines, transport providers, event venues, guides, tickets, permits, peak-season bookings, special promotions, or other suppliers impose stricter or non-refundable conditions. Any such conditions will take precedence where they were included in the confirmed booking or supplier terms.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the appropriate payment channel and may exclude non-refundable transaction or supplier charges.

5. Amendments

Requested changes are subject to availability. Additional costs resulting from changes to dates, hotels, room types, transportation, itinerary, traveler numbers, or other confirmed services will be advised before the amendment is finalized.

6. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports and meeting all visa, health, immigration, and entry requirements applicable to their nationality and travel circumstances.

Any reference on our website to free visas, visa on arrival, or visa facilitation applies only to eligible nationalities and travelers who meet the applicable Jordanian entry requirements. Visa eligibility is not guaranteed for every traveler and may change according to official regulations.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Golden Star Travel & Events arranges services with third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, airlines, guides, venues, and other travel service providers. We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers but their services may also be subject to their own terms and operational conditions.

8. Force Majeure

Golden Star Travel & Events is not responsible for failure, delay, alteration, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, border closures, strikes, civil disturbance, public health emergencies, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements where possible.

9. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, following local laws and supplier instructions, maintaining suitable travel insurance, and notifying us promptly of any issue that may affect their trip.

10. Complaints

If a problem occurs during a trip, please contact Golden Star Travel & Events as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to assist. Any formal complaint should also be submitted in writing with relevant supporting details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
