Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, our representative will meet you before immigration. They will assist you with obtaining your entry visa, guide you through immigration, and help with baggage reclaim. Once your luggage arrives, you’ll be escorted to the arrivals hall where you’ll meet your driver for a smooth transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay at a 4-star hotel in Amman.

Start your Jordan 10-day tour by driving to the Mujib Nature Reserve, the lowest nature reserve on Earth at 400 meters below sea level, bordering the Dead Sea. Explore the spectacular Wadi Mujib canyon on one of its unique wet trails, including the popular self-guided Siq Trail. End your day relaxing at your Dead Sea hotel with dinner. After breakfast, embark on a scenic 10km hike along the Wadi Dana Trail, descending through stunning sandstone cliffs with a picnic lunch along the way. Experience the ancient history and breathtaking landscapes of Dana before returning for dinner and overnight in the reserve.

Dana is extraordinary area due to copper mining. It was the first place in the world where copper ore was extracted and smelted for human use. During the Bronze Age, mining and smelting techniques became more advanced. The most obvious relict of the copper age is Khirbet Feynan, a Byzantine settlement with three churches, indicating the size and importance of the community. Enjoy the Wadi Ghwair Trail: easy riverbed trail, 8km, taking 3-4hours. It starts from the Eco-Lodge via Khirbet Feynan with its Byzantine archaeology to Wadi Feynan. Continue hiking along the gravel river bed of the Wadi, alongside a flowing stream, to the entrance to Wadi Ghweir. Picnic Lunch. If time permits, a small excursion will be made into the Ghweir canyon. In the afternoon drive to the greatest city of the Arab nation which existed 2000 years ago Petra.

The best time for hiking in Jordan is during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). The weather is mild, and conditions are perfect for exploring trails without extreme heat or cold.
