These Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions Jordan explain the booking, payment, cancellation, amendment, and liability policies of Golden Star Travel Jordan for FIT and group travel. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Policy—Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. We secure services only after receiving written confirmation and the required deposit.
If we do not receive confirmation before the stated deadline, we reserve the right to release the reservation without notice.
Payment Policy—Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of 30%–50% is required upon booking confirmation.
- FIT Bookings (Under 10 Participants)
- The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival.
- Group Bookings (10 or More Participants)
- The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately.
- You may pay via bank transfer or through our secure online payment link. Please note that all bank and transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy for Inbound Tourism
FIT (Under 10 Participants)

30+ days before arrival: No charge (except non-refundable services)

29–15 days before arrival: 50% of total cost

14–7 days before arrival: 75% of total cost

Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total cost
Groups (10+ Participants)

45+ days before arrival: No charge (except non-refundable services)

44–30 days before arrival: 30% of total cost

Please note that hotels may apply stricter cancellation policies during peak seasons. In addition, if the number of participants decreases, we may adjust the agreed rates accordingly. Non-refundable services are charged in full.
Amendments & Rates—Inbound Tourism Terms
If you request changes to your booking, we will check availability and inform you of any additional costs.
Group rates depend on a minimum number of participants. Therefore, if the group size decreases, we may revise the rates.
Groups must provide the final rooming list at least 21 days before arrival.
All rates are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. These rates are confidential and apply only to the agreed partner or client.
However, if government taxes, fuel costs, entrance fees, or other mandatory charges increase, we reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly.
Responsibility & Force Majeure – Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions
Golden Star Travel Jordan acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and tour guides.
Although we carefully select trusted partners, we do not control their operations. Therefore, we are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party providers.
Clients must hold a valid passport, required visa, and adequate travel insurance.
Furthermore, we are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control. These events may include natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
Complaints & Governing Law
If you experience any issue during your trip, please inform us immediately so we can assist you promptly.
All written complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the completion of services.
These Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions Jordan are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
