These Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions explain the booking, payment, cancellation, and liability policies of Golden Star Travel Jordan for FIT and group travel. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Policy—Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions
All bookings depend on availability at the time you confirm them. We secure services only after we receive written confirmation and the required deposit. If we do not receive confirmation before the deadline, we may release the reservation.
Payment Policy—Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions

You must pay a 30%–50% deposit when you confirm the booking.

FIT bookings (under 10 participants): Pay the remaining balance 21 days before arrival.

Group bookings (10 or more participants): Pay the remaining balance 30 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings, you must pay the full amount immediately.

You may pay by bank transfer or through our secure online payment link.

You must cover all bank and transaction fees.
Cancellation Policy for Inbound Tourism
FIT (Under 10 Participants)

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: No charge (except for non-refundable services).

Cancel 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of total cost.

Cancel 14–7 days before arrival: 75% of total cost.

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total cost.
Groups (10+ Participants)

Cancel 45+ days before arrival: No charge (except non-refundable services).

Cancel 44–30 days before arrival: 30%.

Cancel 29–15 days before arrival: 50%.

Cancel 14–7 days before arrival: 75%.

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100%.
Hotels may apply stricter policies during peak seasons. If the number of participants decreases, we may adjust the agreed rates. We charge non-refundable services in full.
Amendments & Rates—Inbound Tourism Terms
If you request changes, we will check availability and inform you of any extra costs. Group rates depend on a minimum number of participants. If the group size drops, we may revise the rates.
Groups must send the final rooming list at least 21 days before arrival.
We quote all rates in USD unless we state otherwise. These rates remain confidential and apply only to the agreed partner or client. If government taxes, fuel costs, or entrance fees increase, we may adjust the rates accordingly.
Responsibility & Force Majeure – Inbound Tourism Terms & Conditions
Golden Star Travel works as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and guides. We select trusted partners, but we do not control their operations.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party providers.
You must hold a valid passport, visa (if required), and travel insurance.
If events beyond our control prevent us from delivering services—such as natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, strikes, or pandemics—we will not accept liability.
Complaints & Governing Law
If you face any issue during your trip, inform us immediately so we can assist you. You must submit written complaints within 7 days after the service ends.
