The Roman theater is one of the most important landmarks of the Roman civilization in Amman. It is always one of the main destinations for tourists. Based on the inscriptions, it was built during the reign of the Antonines.

Emperors at the end of the second century AD .The amphitheater now hosts many celebrations, events and cultural and national events.
